RETURN POLICY

Hello my Wag-Tail buddy. I hope you are happy with your purchase. If you think our products didn’t meet your needs, we are happy to accept your return and get a full refund. Just make sure the item is returned to us within 90 days of purchase. It is as simple as ABC.

We value your patronage and we’ll make sure to make things right for you. 

In order to assist you with the return request process, please email us at cc@wag-tail.com and our customer support team will be happy to assist you. You will then get a reply of the return instructions.

Wag-Tail has a returns team who carefully look after this whole process. The return address will only be issued when we receive a return request to the email stated above.  Items that are sent back to us without the return request email will unfortunately not be honored. Our office address is also unable to accept returns. 

One more thing, please note that we do not cover the shipping cost for returning items to us. Please also make sure that you use a trackable shipping service to guarantee a safe return of items.

ISSUES

Please inspect your package upon receipt. If you see there is an issue, please take a good and clear photo of the package and the item. Issues like wrong items received, damages on the items must be reported to us immediately so we can take action and address the issue right away.

REFUNDS

Our customer support team will send you an email to update you of your refund request. When refund is approved, you will be refunded through you original payment method. Kindly take note that bank and credit card companies may take 3 to 7 business days to process and post your refund.
